When it comes to our role in the world, we believe in the
POWER OF SERVICE
From Paul Abbott’s military service in Vietnam, to the family’s unwavering half-century dedication to mission work globally, the Covington commitment to service to others is well-established. It permeates everything we do at Covington, from the honesty in how we do business, to the personal care that goes into every engine service we perform. The responsibility to help bring you home safely is one we take to heart, and that we remember every step of the way.
Our service philosophy
It’s about balancing speed with quality. We’re sure you’d agree safety and quality of the work is paramount, so we make them our priority, always. As much as we love to see you, we don’t want to see work coming back because it was done in a rush, or without attention to detail. It’s just not the Covington way.
However, we know any aircraft is a major asset on your balance sheet. And if it’s not flying, it’s not making money or fulfilling your missions. So, we do everything within our power to get your maintenance, repair or overhaul completed as quickly as possible so you can get your asset back in the air where it belongs.
And to further support your bottom line, we offer two critical advantages: First, we strive to be accurate in our quotes, with both time and budget – then we do our very best to beat those estimates. Next, we offer a full line of rental engines that are not a profit center for us. Each with no daily minimum fee. Just the time you use on the engine, priced only to cover the cost of the time. That’s it. Because at Covington, we see it as simply the right thing to do.
