The Turbine Shop

The first step, for a disassembled engine, is a thorough cleaning in our state-of-the-art chemical cleaning room.

After complete cleaning, thorough inspections are performed.

After inspection, necessary adjustments and repairs are performed.

Then all rotating parts are computer balanced.

As the parts are completed, they come back together for assembly.

Completed engines are sent to the test cell for a test run and complete analysis.

The engine is then ready for installation in our hanger or shipment to anywhere in the world.
